INSCRIPCIÓN AL BANCO OFERENTES Y/O CONTRATISTAS – ASOMUDACAR

El Director Ejecutivo y Representante legal de la Asociación de Municipios Urabá Darién – Caribe, ASOMUDACAR, NIT 901.415.647-5; con fundamento en la Ley 80 de 1993, el Decreto 1082 de 2015 y en especial a lo conferido en el Manual Institucional de Contratación cuyo objeto y ámbito de aplicación es “establecer lineamientos, directrices, estándares y responsabilidades para determinar y simplificar las etapas del proceso contractual con arreglo a las normas de contratación estatal para el cumplimiento de los objetivos institucionales mediante la adopción de una herramienta que unifique y facilite la aplicación adecuada de las normas y procedimientos de contratación estatal” en aras de propender la pluralidad de oferentes en los procesos de selección objetiva que se adelanten en la Entidad.

 

Por lo anterior, ASOMUDACAR se permite abrir la segunda convocatoria a todas las personas naturales y jurídicas del sector público y privado y en general a todos aquellos que se encuentren interesados en participar dentro de los procesos de selección contractual que la entidad llevará a cabo a través de sus diferentes modalidades, para: Obra, Consultoría, Interventoría, Servicios, Suministros y, en general para todos aquellos que por la necesidad del servicio requieran ser contratados por la Asociación. Por lo tanto, pone a disposición el siguiente link:
